Picking on Mama

Hello scrappy friends!  Today I'm sharing a that was inspired by a sketch from Stuck?! Sketches.
It is a layout about my middle son that likes to pick on me about getting my photo taken...  I prefer to be behind the camera.

Supplies:  kraft cardstock background, pattern paper background is from a paper pad I purchased in fall 2013, the piece of red pattern paper behind photo is also from that paper pad, the navy photo mat and notebook punched strip is a Heidi Swapp September Skies collection - Midnight shadows, the grey triangles pattern paper is on the opposite side of navy, the plaid upside down banner is from the Fancy Pants Blissful Blizzard collection - Tartan, and everything else is from my scrap bin of embellishments.

You can find the sketch here.
Thank you for stopping by and taking a closer look of my layout...

Bring It On!

Welcome scrappy friends!  Today I'm sharing a layout that was inspired by Let's Capture Our Memories January Color Spot.  I used all 5 colors on my layout.  Plus I added black accents.

My oldest son's senior picture from 2012.  This is the last one to scrapbook... His layouts are all caught up to January 2015.

Everything used is old and from my scrap paper and miscellaneous embellishment bins.

The color spot can be found here.

Such beautiful winter colors...

Thank you for stopping by... I'll be back soon with more sketch challenges.

A Laugh is a Smile that Bursts

Welcome friends!  I am sharing a layout today that was inspired by sketch 285 from Creative Scrappers

Papers are all from my scrap bin except the background piece which is Pebbles Love You More - Matty, and embellishments are random bits from a lot of collections (EP - All About A Boy, Elle's Studio, Say Cheese 12 x 12 sticker sheet)

The sketch can be found here.
Thank you for stopping by...  I hope to be back again at the end of the week with another sketch challenge.
